I didn’t get my magic link

Check your spam folder for an email from Kind Mail. Links expire quickly, so if it’s been a few minutes, head back to sign-in and request a fresh one.

When does my letter mail?

Every letter gets a quick kindness check first — usually just a moment. Once it clears, we print it and send it to an enrolled senior community with the next mailing. You can follow each letter’s progress in My Letters.

How do replies work?

A resident writes back in their own handwriting. We scan their reply and show you every word — first names only, no contact details, so the whole exchange stays warm and safe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and there’s no penalty — your membership simply runs to the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Email hello@kindtrace.app. It removes your account, profile, letters, and replies. Details in our privacy policy.
